TikTok download not working? Check these steps

Check the link and the original post

Open the original TikTok video first. If it is removed, private, or restricted, this tool cannot bypass that restriction. Copy a fresh link from the individual video's Share menu and paste the complete HTTPS URL without surrounding text. A profile, username, photo post, live stream, or link from another service may be unsupported.

When no result is returned

Confirm your permission checkbox and check the displayed message. A download-service failure or unavailable file can prevent a result even when the TikTok post opens normally. Retry once with a freshly copied link. If you see a request-limit message, wait before retrying. If the website reports maintenance or a disconnected service, return later or contact the operator.

When the preview or download link expires

Media results are temporary and tied to your browser session. Submit the original TikTok link again in the browser you are using. A result copied into another browser may not work. An expired media link is different from a deleted TikTok post: the original post can still exist while the temporary transfer link has ended.
